Many other problems like caste certificates , are there which can be redressed only by strengthening the Confederation. It is a deliberate attempt to deny the reservation in other States so that the upper castes get maximum jobs. The cases of fake certificates are rampant but authorities and judiciary are sitting tight over the situation and it is very difficult to get reservation for whatever little is left. Due to outsourcing , Govt. jobs have substantially come down. The exploitation of Safai Karamcharis is acute and contract system is playing havoc in their lives and hence it is to be stopped. Unfortunately Safai Karamcharis are themselves not revolting against their exploitation.

I ask employees whether they are for their personal interest which ends with life or both personal and social and this is only possible if we learn to payback to the society through Confederation.
